Christian Education Most Valuable Participant Awards went this month to Lois Johnson for her work with Vacation Bible Day this summer and Rita Tucker for Evening Circle.

CHAIR YOGA WEDNESDAY

Great News!  The Mission and CE Committees are sponsoring a Free Chair Yoga,  It is for designed for both Men and Women, so all are welcome! 
You don't need a yoga mat, and 1-2lb weights are recommended, but optional.  And it is probably a good idea to bring a water bottle. 
Join us every Wednesday from 1:00 til 2:00 in the Fellowship Hall.  Everyone is welcome whether you are a member of the church or not.
