CHAIR YOGA WEDNESDAY

Great News! The Mission and CE Committees are sponsoring a Free Chair Yoga, It is for designed for both Men and Women, so all are welcome!
You don't need a yoga mat, and 1-2lb weights are recommended, but optional. And it is probably a good idea to bring a water bottle.
Participants in yoga will remain seated the entire time to make it comfortable for all. We are working on having a second session each week of traditional mat yoga. Stay tuned for details.
Join us every Wednesday from 1:00 til 2:00 in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is welcome whether you are a member of the church or not.

NEW OPPORTUNITY! MAT YOGA THURSDAYS
Running through April 30th we will have a Mat Yoga class here at Lafayette. It will be on Thursdays from 4pm-5pm in the Fellowship Hall. For more information, please see Marlyn Weinell. No Cost

Join us every Thursday at 1:00 in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is invited whether you are a member or not. All ages and skill levels welcome!
